Lajoie Bros. Contracting Ltd. brings decades of experience to contracting, petroleum and environmental projects in Northern Ontario. Based in Sault Ste. Marie, our business began in 1967 and has grown through generations of hands-on work.

A History Built by Family
Lajoie Bros. was founded by brothers Charles “Chuck” and Aimee Lajoie in 1967. In the 1970s, Chuck’s sons—Mark, Ken, Jim and Jeff—began working alongside them, bringing another generation into the business. Mark, Ken and Jim later took over ownership and day-to-day operations.
That history remains an important part of our identity. We honour the people who helped build Lajoie Bros., including Mark, who passed away in 2016, and the knowledge and experience they contributed along the way.
